Booking Your Adventure

You've narrowed your list down to just a hunt or two...what's next?

Give us a call or send us an email. One of our knowledgeable staff will contact you promptly to verify the dates and details as well as answer any additional questions you may have.

Once we have verified that the trip you have selected is a good match for you and available when you are looking to go we will send you a booking contract by fax or email.  This stage is critical as many hunts are booked on a "first come, first served" basis.

Most hunts are reserved with a 50% deposit.  There are some exceptions, which our staff will address if they apply.  We accept checks, wire transfers and major credit cards (3% transaction fee applies).

Once the deposit is received, we will send you a confirmation and then go to work putting together the details for your individual trip.  This may entail firearms forms, tags or drawings, charter flights, hotel reservations and the like.  Our staff will be with you every step of the way to ensure that everything is taken care of in advance so you will have a worry free experience with WOA Hunts!

The balance due on a trip is generally invoiced 60 days prior to departure and is payable by any of the methods mentioned above.  In last minute situations like cancellation hunts, the full hunt price is sometimes payable in advance and a credit card is recommended to lock in the trip immediately.
